The Early Childhood Educator Equitable Compensation Task Force was established in 2021 to inform the implementation of the Early Childhood Educator Pay Equity Fund. In February 2024, the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) announced it would reconvene the Task Force to review implementation of the Early Childhood Educator Pay Equity Fund to date, identify options for improvement and make recommendations to ensure equity, efficiency and sustainability for long-term implementation. The Task Force concluded meeting in February 2025. Materials from meetings held in 2024 and 2025 and links to Task Force reports are available below.
