DC CATS is OSSE’s web-based data collection system for COS data. Student data entry should be entered within 90 days of the child’s entry; OSSE will review entered data in accordance with the submission deadlines as specified in the OSSE Division of Specialized Education Data Calendar. This manual provides an overview of the data collection tool, descriptions of user responsibilities and information on how to enter and submit data.
