This is a recording of the FY27 Consolidated Application (ConApp) Workshop for New Grant Managers that was held on Aug. 3, 2026. During the workshop, OSSE reviewed the program requirements for Titles I-IV, Part A of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA), how to complete the ConApp step-by-step, shared best practices, and provided the opportunity for participants to ask questions.
