Understand the respective purposes of the fiscal year 2026 (FY26) Scholarships for Opportunity and Results (SOAR) Act Academic Quality and Early Childhood grants.
Be prepared to complete and submit a SOAR Formula Consolidated application, including knowing what information should be gathered and prepared in advance.
