Child care providers that participate in the DC Child Care Subsidy Program are required to review and reconcile their monthly pay statement to ensure the accuracy of each payment. Child care providers should complete the Payment Error Report and submit the form to the Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s (OSSE’s) eligibility monitoring unit by the fifth business day of the month following the month in which the payment was received.
