The DC Futures Program (DC Futures) provides participants with the critical support they need to successfully enroll in classes and complete a degree program through the provision of college coaching services administered by grant-funded community-based organizations (CBOs) or institutions of higher education (IHEs), as well as emergency funds.

The Applicant Handbook attached at the bottom of this page offers information for returning participants of the DC Futures Program who are re-applying for the 2025-26 academic year. The handbook includes sections on applicant eligibility requirements, the application process, participant responsibilities and program points of contact.
