Reporting Positive Cases of COVID-19 to DC Health


Submitting COVID-19 Non-Healthcare Facility Consult Forms to DC Health: As of July 30, 2022, all child development facilities and public, public charter and private, parochial and independent educational facilities are required to report COVID-19 positive cases directly to DC Health via the SalesForce application. Please view this training and the user guide for more information on how to report cases of COVID-19 to DC Health using the SalesForce application.
