Quorum is an online professional development platform available to all early childhood educators and administrators who work in early childhood programs licensed by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE). This includes staff employed at child development centers, child development homes and expanded child development homes.

DC early childhood educators and program administrators can use Quorum to:
- Access unlimited hours of training at no cost. Courses are available in English and Spanish and new trainings are added regularly.
- Participate in engaging and interactive courses any time, any place. Courses are available on early education topics such as health and safety, developmental progress, adult:child interactions, working with families and supporting children with special needs.
- Earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) that can be used to meet required training hours and health and safety topics by OSSE.
- Complete all of the 120 training hours of training needed to obtain or renew a Child Development Associate® (CDA) credential in English or Spanish. CDA candidates who complete the CDA Planner coursework and field assignments through Quorum will have the tools to organize their CDA portfolio.
Center administrators can obtain an administrative account to track staff training progress, update staff rosters and assign courses to staff. To request a new administrative account or obtain assistance with an existing Quorum account, email [email protected].
