Pursuant to the District of Columbia Official Code Section 4-409(e), the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is pleased to provide:

1. The impact the cost of living has had on the provision of child care services in the District during the preceding 12 months; and
2. The monthly utilization during that same period in each category of child care paid for by the District.
