All participating children must be fully immunized. Acceptable documentation will consist of a signed DC Health Certificate of Immunization.

Oral Health Requirement

All participating children must comply with oral health standards set forth by the DC Department of Health. Parents must submit a signed documentation.

Physical Health Requirement

All participating children must comply with physical health standards set forth by the DC Department of Health. Prior to the provision of services under public pre-K, parents must submit a copy of signed health certificate by the child’s pediatrician to the program they are seeking enrollment.
