Procurement is defined as a multistep process for obtaining goods and services at the lowest possible price. The steps in this process include planning, writing specifications, announcing/advertising the procurement, awarding a contract, and managing the contract. This training provides an overview of the bid process, reviews OSSE bid templates, and provides instructions on how to access and use these templates.
