The purpose of the pre-application conference is to clarify the information in the FY26 OSSE Adult and Family Education (AFE) Consolidated Competitive Grant Request for Applications (RFA). The Pre-Application Conference reviews the OSSE AFE Grant requirements and provides supplemental information to assist prospective eligible applicants in submitting responses to the RFA.
