The Division of Data, Assessment, and Research (DAR) hosted a training webinar to help LEAs prepare for Extended School Year (ESY) programming and services. The one-hour webinar demonstrated the following:

• Documenting ESY services and ESY transportation eligibility in the Special Education Data System (SEDS);
• Correcting ESY eligibility status in SEDS via the IEP amendment process;
• Completing service logs and progress reports for ESY in SEDS; and
• Tracking ESY attendance in SLED.
