Assistant Superintendent of Data, Assessment and Research

Kelley Scholl is the Assistant Superintendent of Data, Assessment and Research.  In this role she oversees the creation and utilization of actionable data analysis for partners across the District’s education ecosystem. This includes overseeing the Office of Assessments, Office of Data Governance and Privacy, Office of Strategic and Operational Planning, and the Office of Research, Analysis, and Reporting. 

Prior to this role, Kelley served within the division as Director of Research, Analysis and Reporting, Data Analysis Manager, Research and Data Analyst, and Education Pioneer Fellow.  Outside the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE), Kelley has worked as Director of Operations at a high school in Brooklyn, NY, as a data analyst for various education organizations, and as a Peace Corps Volunteer. She has a B.A, in Biology and Sociology from the University of Delaware and a Master’s degree in public policy from the University of Michigan.
