Pursuant to DC Official Code § 38-1312 (a-1) the Higher Education Licensure Commission (HELC) may impose civil fines and penalties as alternative sanctions for violations of the provisions of DC Official Code, Title 38, Subtitle III, Chapter 13. The HELC provides information regarding administrative disciplinary actions for the convenience of interested parties.
