OSSE’s new educator credentialing system is LIVE. Visit ecis.osse.dc.gov to easily apply.

Reminder Notice!

New exam for educators seeking elementary education certification starting Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2025. Visit the Educator Credentialing Exams page for more information.

School-based Health Professionals

OSSE recommends that school-based health professionals practicing as audiologists, counselors, social workers, speech language pathologists and psychologists who are currently employed at a DC public charter school or private school, contact the applicable professional licensing board within the DC Department of Health for information regarding licensing requirements to operate in those facilities.
