OSSE has started the work to develop our next five-year strategic plan and we need your voice. This plan will guide OSSE’s work and priorities from 2026 through 2030 and will help us focus our efforts on what matters most for the students and families we serve. 

This is an important opportunity for the agency to step back and reflect on where we are and where we want to go. The next strategic plan will:  

• Bring staff together around a clear vision for how OSSE supports learners from birth through adulthood. 
• Set ambitious and actionable goals that sharpen our focus on academic outcomes and strengthen accountability for OSSE and its partners.  
• Clarify OSSE’s role and build deeper trust with stakeholders through clear purpose, consistent communication, and demonstrated impact.
