The Office of the State Superintendent of Education Learning Management System (OSSE LMS) is a free professional learning platform for educators working in the District of Columbia.
Educators and administrative staff who work at a child development facility that is licensed by OSSE or a DC public or public charter school can access the OSSE LMS at osse.pl.powerschool.com.

Early childhood educators, child care providers and administrative staff who work at a child development facility that is licensed by OSSE can access and use the OSSE LMS.
Early childhood educators, child care providers and administrative staff who are first-time users of the OSSE LMS should reference the OSSE LMS User Guide guide to access the platform. Information for Educators Working at a DC Public or Public Charter School
Educators who work at a DC public or public charter school can access and use the OSSE LMS. Educators logging in to the OSSE LMS for the first time should follow the steps in this guide.
Educators who receive an error page when trying to access the OSSE LMS (e.g., 403 errors) should first check with their school’s data management team to ensure that their credentials have been correctly uploaded to their school’s database, and if issues, persist should contact [email protected] for support.
