DC Child Care Connections is the District’s Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) system. DC Child Care Connections helps families and child care providers in the District of Columbia connect with services and supports that promote high-quality early care and education, such as:
- Connecting families with early care and education opportunities including child care options and financial resources;
- Helping families complete the application for the DC Child Care Subsidy Program;
- Connecting child care providers to business resources and technical assistance.

Families and child care providers can also sign up for a 30-minute virtual appointment with a representative from DC Child Care Connections using this link. Virtual appointments are offered on Tuesdays from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and Thursday from 1-3 p.m.
In-person support is available upon request. Families and child care providers may request an in-person meeting by emailing [email protected]. All in person meetings are held at OSSE’s headquarters located at 1050 First St. NE.
