OSSE is continuing to develop its next five-year strategic plan and is seeking feedback on proposed priorities, initiatives, and progress measures that will guide the agency’s work from 2026 through 2030. This round of engagement builds on earlier stakeholder input and focuses on refining OSSE’s direction to ensure the plan is focused, actionable, and responsive to community needs. Please review the proposed priorities, initiatives, and progress measures and share your feedback through the survey linked here by Friday, March 27. 

This is an important opportunity for the agency to step back and reflect on where we are and where we want to go. The next strategic plan will:  

• Bring staff together around a clear vision for how OSSE supports learners from birth through adulthood. 
• Set ambitious and actionable goals that sharpen our focus on academic outcomes and strengthen accountability for OSSE and its partners.  
• Clarify OSSE’s role and build deeper trust with stakeholders through clear purpose, consistent communication, and demonstrated impact.
