Washington, DC – To create and expand community learning centers with school enrichment opportunities and supplemental support services for District of Columbia students, the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) has issued a public notice of 2013 Fiscal Year funding availability for the 21th Century Community Learning Centers (CCLC) Grant.
