LEA English Learner (EL) Coordinators who use this checklist will assist their LEAs in preparing to serve incoming EL students and ensure that both staff and students experience a great start to the 2020-21 school year.

This document provides guidance for LEAs on how to use the data in the Early Access to Students with Disabilities Data application, available to LEA Data Managers and LEA Special Education Points of Contact (LEA SE POCs) in QlikSense.

Priority schools are required to implement all seven Turnaround Principles using intervention strategies that are sufficient to achieve change and demonstrate progress. One or more interventions must be selected from each of the seven principles listed in the below document.
