An individual or organization may file a written, signed complaint alleging a violation of special education requirements under Part B or Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). For a complete description of the State complaint procedures, see 34 C.F.R.

The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) will be releasing a $10 million grant program for the District’s public charter schools to support and prioritize the return of students to classrooms.

Instructions and Information:

  1. Requests for audio and transcription will not be processed until after the hearing(s) have concluded.

The center must first put the letter on its letterhead and have it signed by the Authorized Representative. This letter must be distributed to participants (or their guardians) along with the Enrollment Form / Income Eligibility Statement (IES), and it should be given to them to keep.
