Close out reports must be submitted and approved before your organization can access FY24 continuation applications, including applications for your American Rescue Plan Act Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER III-ARP) grants. Please reference the closeout guide below for directions on how to check for reimbursement request status and for screen-by-screen instructions on how to check to ensure all reimbursement requests are closed and submit a closeout report in EGMS.
The last day to submit close-out reports in EGMS for the following FY23 grants is Jan. 15.
