The Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s (OSSE’s) annul enrollment audit verifies the number of pre-K students served through PKEEP and is used to determine the amount of PKEEP funds allocated to a community-based organization (CBO). For purposes of allocating funding in FY24, OSSE is adopting a supplemental enrollment policy that will allow a CBO’s allocation of PKEEP FY24 funding to be based on the number of pre-K children reported through OSSE’s annual enrollment audit and the number of pre-K children processed through OSSE’s PKEEP SEP.
