In session II, participants learned about stress and trauma and how it impacts learning. The Division of Specialized Education (DSE) took a look at the hyper arousal continuum and an exploration on how to best support students who experienced trauma.  Finally, the presenters provided an overview of the effect that trauma has on behavior and shared resources to mitigate the impact of traumatic stress.
