With approval by the Deputy Mayor of Education and recommendations from the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Statewide Athletics Office, the District of Columbia State Athletic Association (DCSAA) submitted emergency and proposed rules amending interscholastic athletic policies in Title 5, Chapter A-27 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.
