The state education agency (SEA), OSSE is required by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Part C (IDEA Part C) to develop policies that ensure compliance with the federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).  These policies are in order to ensure continued compliance with the federal regulations.
