All parents or guardians of school-aged children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) who received special education and related services during the 2017–18 school year (August 2017-June 2018) are encouraged to complete the annual parent survey. This survey is intended to measure satisfaction with the special education program and to determine if the school facilitated parent involvement.
If you are unable to take the survey online, OSSE will provide paper versions for your use. All paper versions of the survey will include a pre-addressed, postage-paid return envelope.
