Help craft the District of Columbia’s strategic plan for supporting families with young children from birth to 5 years old.

The District of Columbia was awarded a Preschool Development Grant, Birth to Five (PDG B-5) and is creating a five-year strategic plan for how to coordinate benefits for families and children, including child care, educational, financial and social supports. Your input will help shape the District’s strategic plan to support families with young children.

We are particularly interested in hearing from families and professionals who work with families with children from birth to age 5, who have children with developmental delays and/or disabilities, have children in foster care, have experienced homelessness or are economically disadvantaged. This workshop will focus on gathering public comments on the strategic plan goals, objectives and actions.

For questions, please contact Dr. Lynnell Johnson at L[email protected] or (202) 517-6537.
