During this training, participants will learn about the core features of School-wide Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (SW-PBIS) and receive guidance on how to use a fidelity tool, Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI), to guide and measure implementation. This training is open to educators, coaches, and leaders serving students in grades K-12 in the District of Columbia. Participants are strongly encouraged to attend in school teams (e.g., administrator, dean, social worker, grade-level teacher representatives, and PBIS coordinator) in order to action plan and strengthen capacity.
The training will take place on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m., and will repeat on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. at OSSE, Eleanor Holmes Norton III Training Room. Participants will be eligible to receive six professional learning units (PLUs).
