Effective leaders in education understand the climate and context in which they operate. They understand their people and they instinctively know how to adapt their style and approach in order to enable them to fulfil their potential and bring their very best to what they do. This training will explore situational/transformational leadership styles. The training focuses on one central question – what does it mean to be a leader? We will explore the participants’ personality structure, strengths, perceptions, motivational needs, and stressors. The focus of the training is on self, not assessing or interacting with others.
This active and engaging workshop is for teachers, administrators, and school leaders serving all grade levels and will include concepts with practical strategies that illustrate how communication and stress management can be used to greatly improve your personal and professional life.
