Reimbursement and Reporting Workbooks

To receive reimbursement for grant program expenditures, OSSE subgrantees must complete and submit the applicable reimbursement workbook(s) electronically.  The six reimbursement workbooks below should be used to submit reimbursement requests for the grant programs listed beneath each workbook heading.

OSSE subgrantees should download the applicable workbooks at the time of reimbursement preparation directly from this page, rather than saving files for future use; this ensures the most current workbooks and up to date instructions.

For each reimbursement request, a subgrantee must submit the completed Excel workbook and a signed, scanned copy of the Cover Sheet to OSSE.Reimbursement@dc.gov.  Please direct all questions to your program specific OSSE contacts.
