Higher Education Financial Services (HEFS)
DC Adult Scholarship Program (DCASP)
 
The DC Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) administers the District of Columbia Adult Scholarship Program (DCASP).  DCASP is a District financial aid program designed to assist eligible students 25 years of age or older who demonstrate a financial need (as determined by the US Department of Education) in attending an eligible college or the university in the District of Columbia.

Funds are limited.  Complete your DC OneApp Early! 
Early completion increases your likelihood of receiving an award.
The DC OneApp deadline is June 30th
 
Select the DC OneApp Online Application link below for the online application.  Applicants may choose the DC OneApp Worksheet link below, to preview the DC OneApp application questions, and to learn about the required supporting documents for completing the application process.  The application is not complete until all required supporting documents are mailed or hand delivered, at the same time, to the HEFS office.
