| Office of Post-Secondary Education Research and Assistance
The Office of Post-Secondary Education, Research, and Assistance (OPERA) administers programs including grants, loans, and internships. OPERA provides post-secondary education information to DC residents and administers federal grants to DC institutions of higher learning. OPERA disseminates statistical data and information and acts as a liaison between agencies and institutions of higher learning. OPERA also develops and participates in local, state, national and federal post-secondary education activities and programs such as career fairs and educational conferences.
