Higher Education Financial Services (HEFS)
The following documents, which must be mailed or hand delivered, at the same time, are required to complete the application process for DCTAG submission to the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE). See 'Know the Required Supporting Documents' below for more information.
A twelve (12) month income/benefit history statement (for the previous year) from either of the following sources: Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Social Security Income (SSI), Social Security Disability Income (SSDI), Retirement Income, Child Support, Worker's Compensation, Veterans Administration, or Unemployment.
Note: All required supporting documents must be mailed or hand delivered, to HEFS, at the same time to be considered for an award.
