Office of Public Charter School Financing and Support 
Credit Enhancement and Direct Loan Funds Committee
 

Purpose

The District of Columbia Public Charter School Credit Enhancement and Direct Loan Funds Committee (“Committee”) is responsible for approving any transactions funded from the District of Columbia Public Charter School Credit Enhancement Fund, Direct Loan Fund, or any other Fund supporting a public charter school financing program as established by the Mayor and Council of the District of Columbia, or the Congress. The Credit Enhancement funds may be provided directly to public charter schools or to nonprofit entities to promote innovative credit enhancement initiatives for public charter schools.

 

Meetings

The Committee meets on the third Thursday of every month, at 12:30 pm. The meetings are usually held at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education located at 441 4th Street, NW, Suite 350 North in Washington, DC.
