Media Advisory: Updated Schedule of the Inaugural Pigskin Kickoff Classic

Please be advised that the schedule for the District of Columbia State Athletic Association’s (DCSAA) inaugural Pigskin Kickoff Classic has been changed. Below is the updated schedule for the event, which includes representatives from the District’s public schools, public charter schools and private schools. The Classic serves as the official kickoff to the District of Columbia’s high school football season:

What: DCSAA Pigskin Kickoff Classic (Showcase I)

When: Saturday, September 6

Time: Noon: Anacostia vs. St. Albans

2:30 pm: Bell vs. Maret

Location: Eastern High School

What: DCSAA Pigskin Kickoff Classic (Showcase II)

When: Friday, September 12

Time: 7:30 pm: Wilson vs. Friendship Collegiate

Location: Catholic University

About the District of Columbia State Athletic Association

The mission of the District of Columbia State Athletics Association (DCSAA) is to serve member schools and the maximum number of their student-athletes by providing leadership and support for interscholastic athletic programming that will enrich the education experiences of all participants.
