While the 2019-20 Nonpublic School Onsite and LEA Nonpublic Student Desktop Monitoring Calendar includes anticipated monitoring activities, nonpublic special education schools or programs and local educational agencies are reminded that representatives of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education may make unannounced visits to a nonpublic schools, review student records, and conduct interviews with students and staff as per 5 DCMR §A-2837.2.
