Users received access on Monday, March 11, 2013. If you require access as an LEA Administrator, please email Lia Rogers at lia.rogers@dc.gov with:

Download the TOTE Presentation to understand registering for TOTE and obtaining yoru password. The TOTE Training Manual will assist you in understanding TOTE and it's role in certifying for ESY - Summer 2013. Consider the TOTE Training Manual your quick jump into TOTE. It is also supplemental documentation used in training. If the answer to your question is not there, the TOTE FAQs may be the place to look.
