Agency PerformanceDC Winner Named Finalist for 2012 National History Teacher of the Year
Julian Hipkins, a 7-12th Grade American History teacher at Capital City Public Charter School and DC's 2012 History Teacher of the Year, was named one of five finalists for the 2012 National Teacher of the Year by the Gilder Lerhman Institute of American History.
