Ages and Stages Questionnaires–3: A Friendly Child-Monitoring Tool
Do You Want to Learn More About Your Child's Development?
Young children, birth to 5 years, are growing and changing at a dynamic rate. Sometimes parents of young children are concerned that their child may not be developing in areas such as speech, physical ability, social skills, and problem solving.
How Can Ages & Stages Help?
By completing the questionnaires, parents can check their child's progress and learn more about what to expect their child to be able to do at each stage of development.
Early diagnosis and treatment of developmental delays can help give a child the best opportunity to reach his/her full potential.
How Does the ASQ-3 Work?
Simply complete the brief consent and family information sections, and then fill out the age appropriate questionnaire for your child. After completing the questionnaire you will be contacted by a child find specialist with the results. Fun play activities for you and your child are also available for download or you can receive hard copies by mail.
