This training is for non-profit organizations that provide health education, nutrition, or physical activity programming in DC public or public charter schools. This interactive, and FREE workshop will provide attendees with strategies to connect program goals and objectives to DC's health and physical education standards.

Following the training, participants will:

  • Understand the standards teachers use to focus student learning
  • Identify which conten areas of the DC CAS for Health your program can help students master
  • Connect your program to the DC education standards
  • Market your program to schools
