The Special Education Quality Review (SEQR) Tool is a web-based self-assessment tool designed to assist schools, local education agencies (LEAs), and nonpublic schools in assessing the quality of school-level programming for students with disabilities. The tool uses selected quality indicators to assess present practices and guides users to identify and plan for school level improvements that are aligned with special education best practices.
