Each year, the Office of the State Superintendent of Education reviews the District of Columbia’s Comprehensive Assessment System (DC CAS) to ensure the validity and reliability of assessment results. OSSE will detail the analysis of classrooms flagged for further investigation due to wrong to right test erasures, substantial classroom-level growth, and within-classroom variation. State Superintendent Hosanna Mahaley will review the investigation’s final results and methodology used to complete the analysis and take questions.
