Child Care Development Fund Community Forum
The Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) is a federal grant that provides federal funds to the District of Columbia to assist low-income families in obtaining child care so they can work or attain training/education. The program also improves the quality of child care and promotes coordination among early childhood development and afterschool programs.
OSSE invites District of Columbia residents to attend the public hearing and community meeting to offer feedback on the District’s CCDF State Plan. Additional information about how to attend and testify at the hearing can be found on pages 7-8 in the attachment below.
