Apply for a Credential Using the E.C.I.S Online Application

The Educator Credentialing Information System (ECIS) is the web-based application that all individuals must use to apply for certification. In ECIS, you will create an online application, provide pertinent information, upload all required supporting documents and pay the required fees using a valid MasterCard or Visa payment card.

OSSE has adopted new regulations regarding regular teacher, school administrator (e.g., principal/assistant principal) and substitute teacher certification.
